### Change of Mind
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receiving them. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
### Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives faulty or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos and will offer a replacement or refund.
### How to Initiate a Return
• Email support@tekkly.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
• We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
• Send the item back to us, ensuring it is securely packaged.
### Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
